Doyle Electric, Inc. is seeking a professional and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team, this is a Remote position. The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide advanced administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for supporting a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and various departments.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas and take detailed minutes.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external contacts.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor other administrative staff, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners).
  • Familiarity with basic office procedures.
  • Supervisory or mentoring experience is a plus.
