Doyle Electric, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Financial Analyst to provide financial and operational support. This is a Remote position. The Financial Analyst will work remotely and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our financial operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial support, including managing financial schedules, organizing financial files, and data entry.
  • Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and chat, with a focus on billing and financial matters.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services, pricing, and billing.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians, considering financial implications and efficiency.
  • Listen to customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions or escalate as necessary, especially concerning financial disputes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues, including payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and financial transactions.
  • Assist with marketing tasks, including social media management and content creation, with a focus on the financial aspects of our services.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure seamless customer experience, with a focus on financial coordination.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a relevant administrative role with a strong financial component.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining financial information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers, including on financial matters.
  • Ability to listen effectively, empathize with customers if need be, and resolve issues calmly and professionally, particularly regarding financial concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to find solutions, especially in financial situations.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial record-keeping.
