Doyle Electric, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and customer support. This is a remote position. The Virtual Assistant will work remotely and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing files, and data entry.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Listen to customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Assist with marketing tasks, including social media management and content creation.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to listen effectively, empathize with customers, and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to find solutions.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
