Doyle Electric, Inc. is seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team, this is a Remote position. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for supporting a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments and ensure efficient office operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls and provide general information.
- Prepare correspondence, memos and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize electronic files.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
