Doyle Electric, Inc. is seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team, this is a Remote position. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for supporting a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and provide general information.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos and reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize electronic files.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners).
